Viva Research is a great site for both paid online surveys and focus groups. They offer frequent surveys, some of which pay as much as $75 each! This program has historically been one of my favorites.

Survey Savvy:

Another great company for paid online surveys. Their studies typically range anywhere from $4 to as much as $50 for participation in quick online surveys and opinion polls. I've been a member of this program for about three years and have always had a positive experience with frequent survey invitations and prompt payment of earnings. You can actually request a check from them at any time as long as you have a cash balance in your survey compensation account. This is another five star program that has a top notch reputation for quality!
